On January 1, 2019 ACES$ became the new Fiscal/Employer Agent (FE/A) for MCC of VA’s CCC Plus members who are enrolled in consumer directed services. ACES$ has been voted #1 in customer service in states where they serve with more than one F/EA.

Personal care attendants enjoy quick timesheet submission through ACES$ OnlineTM. Their secure F/EA portal is easy to use. Coming soon is their on-the-go mobile app, ACES$ MobileTM EVV.

When you log onto ACES$ OnlineTM, you get an accurate snapshot of your budget. You’ll also see any timesheets that need your approval.

Your personal care attendants can select the best payment method for them. ACES$ MCC of VA uses direct deposit and pay cards or paper paycheck.

Language services in both English and Spanish. Their language line offers additional translations. For Spanish, call ACES$ at 1-844-500-3815 and press “9. Or call and request the language in which you would like to speak. An ACES$ team member will get someone on the line who can help you.

  • Quick and easy personalized enrollment

With ACES$ MCC of VA, enrolling is easy. Both you and your personal care attendants benefit from secure online enrollment and easy forms.

  • Live phone support

Unlike other F/EAs, you talk to a knowledgeable team member when you call ACES$ MCC of VA. You won’t be waiting on hold or forced through a series of prompts.

  • Instant budget alerts

With instant alerts, ACES$ OnlineTM automatically rejects timesheets with identified errors. This will help prevent any future problems.  

  • Off-cycle payroll

Timesheet error? No problem! Thanks to their off-cycle payroll, you don’t have to worry about delaying your personal care attendant’s pay until the regularly scheduled pay date. All you have to do is submit a corrected timesheet. They’ll process it that coming Friday, even if it’s not a scheduled payday. Your personal care attendants won’t have to wait an extra week to get paid.

  • Convenient hours

Available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, they also have a 24-hour voicemail line and return calls quickly.
